Senior Copywriter

Responsibilities:

  • Write engaging copy and for brand marketing materials including website, emails, site banners, landing pages, catalog and printed collateral, using industry best practices.
  • Push boundaries of creative excellence while keeping an eye on delivering required results.
  • Align with and execute on marketing/e-commerce strategy to create timely, consistent marketing executions that drive brand awareness.
  • Execute on concepts/vision of the art director [and creative director when applicable].
  • Collaborate with the creative team to deliver seasonal campaigns and assets from concept to execution, as well as collaborations, partnerships, and product launches that make the product shine.
  • Provides ongoing support to the eCommerce team: write and audit all product descriptions and bullet points for the website, ensuring 100% accuracy of product representation on the site.
  • Partner with wholesale, and product teams to create necessary copy and naming, to ensure brand voice and accuracy (proofreading) across all channels.
  • React to feedback and analytics with flexibility, optimism and refined creative ideas.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 6+ years as a copywriter working on global level accounts
  • Strong portfolio showing a variety of marketing executions with an emphasis on digital
  • Understanding and appreciation for pop-culture
  • Experience working under the direction of art and creative directors to develop campaigns

Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager is an experienced and innovative performance marketer in the digital space. This position delivers measurable results across various digital platforms and is responsible for the development and execution of the performance marketing strategy for LIT. This position is focused on acquiring and retaining customers and driving overall revenue. This position leverages various paid digital marketing channels and SEO best practices to acquire and retain customers while maintaining ROI and delivering on revenue projections.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management

  • Partner with Brand Marketing to understand overall seasonal marketing campaigns.

  • Develop and presents a comprehensive digital channel campaign strategy and results in leadership seasonally including key tactics, measurements, and results.

  • Ensure the role of each channel is clearly laid out for each campaign and ROI targets are identified and met.(SEM, Display/Retargeting, Social Ads, Shopping Feeds, Affiliate Marketing, and SEO).

  • Lead coordination of digital marketing asset needs providing briefs and guidance along the process Manage on-time delivery of assets to vendors/agencies.

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with business objectives and budget, working with agencies (e.g. SEM, Display/Retargeting, Social Ads, Shopping Feeds, Affiliate Marketing, SEO, Email, etc.)

Requirements:

Wholesale Planning Analyst

Responsible for supporting the Wholesale Planning by providing the tools and data needed to properly review the wholesale business, execute channel and account-specific strategies, manage inventory levels, and communicate results to cross-functional partners and Executive team. Primary responsibility will be to produce and distribute scheduled reporting, ensuring that the information communicated is clear and accurate. This position will also coordinate the collection of information from internal and external sources to support the planning department in all the budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for generating and distributing comprehensive business recaps on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Manage and maintain tools and databases to ensure accurate business reporting, processing and decision making.
  • Assist with premarket and post-market prep by account.
  • Generate and maintain a weekly forecast model, partnering with sales on discrepancies, opportunities, and risks.
  • Support seasonal buy plan creation, maintenance, and channel rollup.
  • Partner with the production team on stock needs, in-bound receipts, and inventory opportunities.
  • Evaluate core inventory levels to ensure consistent availability to meet company fill-rate targets, partnering with Director and production teams to mitigate stock-out risks.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of analytical/planning experience in a wholesale or retail environment.
  • Strong and above average Excel skills. (Index Functions, Pivot Tables, Etc)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills; a collaborative team-oriented approach.
  • Experience working with ERP and other sales and inventory management systems
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented. We are a lean team and accuracy is paramount.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a growth-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity for working with large, diverse sets of numerical data.

UI Designer

The Senior UI Designer will be responsible for researching, designing, innovating, and prototyping new user experiences that pave the way for the future of transportation in a way that has never been done before. Deliverables include design mockups, prototyping, production of visual assets, process design and development, and follow up for proper implementation. The candidate will collaborate with interaction designers, software engineers and project managers and be a key if not primary contributor and originator in their own right.

Candidates should possess exceptional design skills, a great sense of aesthetics, as well as user-centered design principals. The applicant must have an affinity for minimal design, typography, and attention to the smallest of details. A strong ability to distill complex problems into simple, elegant solutions is key to success at LIT. We are a fast-paced company with an entrepreneurial spirit, so the majority of the work will be focused on innovating original and creative content and application, as well as final deliverables and solutions that work in the real world.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply knowledge of UI design to develop mock-ups, new interaction models, and navigation schemes
  • Develop pixel perfect comps and assets for all projects
  • Create and make decisions that implement a design language that is consistent throughout the LIT UI platform (in-car, mobile, etc.)
  • Strategically imagine, conceive of, manage, and drive UI design projects from concept to implementation
  • Act as liaison to provide feedback and ensure design integrity of projects between interaction designers, software engineers, and project managers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, or evidence of exceptional ability
  • An excellent portfolio showcasing UI and visual design work with a strong graphic design sensibility
  • 5+ years’ work experience creating world-class experiences for web, mobile or devices
  • Ability to communicate design concept ideas through sketches and prototypes
  • Must be proficient and highly skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch and other design tools
  • Ability to prototype in HTML/CSS/JavaScript, AfterEffects, or other tools is a plus
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced, high stress design process under minimal supervision

Fashion Designer

The Designer is responsible for designing brand right product for individual product category interpreting seasonal trends concepts, and color.

Responsibilities:

  • Design brand right product for respective categories, creates concept boards with trend and inspiration. Selects fabrics, trims, prints and patterns for development.
  • Shops samples to interpret trends and concepts for department and development of silhouettes.
  • Creates flat sketches and initiates development tech packages.
  • Attend fittings, review samples, give silhouette direction and advise corrections
  • Assists in preparation for design owned milestone meetings, collaborates with others.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or related work experience
