What payment methods does LIT accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit and credit cards. Online orders can also be placed via Apple Pay, and PayPal Express Checkout, just keep in mind PayPal enforces a 60 day refund window.

When will my order ship out?

We typically ask for less than 3 business days for our team to pack & ship your full order. However, due to CLITID, we ask for your patience. Orders could ship in 3-4 business days. During promotional or holiday weeks, your order will ship within 5 business days.

The tracking number will be sent out via email. You can use it to track your order on www.17track.net/en.

Where does your clothing ship from?

Most orders will ship from our warehouse in New York and California, while a few low inventory or specialty items will ship from our factory in China. To get your full order on its way, we occasionally ship from a combination of these locations so you’ll receive a couple packages.

If your order ships in separate packages, we will send you multiple tracking numbers. We’re pros when it comes to tracking packages, let us know if we can help locate yours.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer sitewide free shipping and your order will arrive in 7–15 business days depending on your shipping address. Please note due to a different logistic mode we do not provide free shipping to Canada and the United Kingdom for now.

Alternatively, you can choose to upgrade to flat shipping or 7-Day shipping at Checkout:

The flat shipping is $7 and will be delivered in 7-10 business days.

7-Day Shipping is $20 at checkout, and will be delivered by DHL 3-7 business days after it is picked up by the carrier.

You can also choose $20 DHL shipping if you want the product achieved in 7 days.

How long does it take my order to arrive? Can it be expedited?

Fast (10-20 business days): FREE (For Orders Over $99)

Faster (10-15 business days): $10

Shipping times are based on our best estimate, however, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local custom office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.

Does LIT ship internationally?

Yes. We can ship internationally! However transit times can take up to 7-30 business days depending on your location.

How much duty and tax will you have to pay?

We will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. However, if your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.

What if my order has been marked as delivered, but I haven't received it?

Please note, due to the impacts of COVID-19 globally, many carriers are experiencing delivery delays. 
Sometimes the following situations can occur with packages marked as delivered: 
* The postal carrier left the package somewhere discreet to prevent it from being stolen.
* A neighbor or roommate may have accepted the package on your behalf.
* The postal carrier marked the package as delivered a few days in advance.

What you can do:

* Check your door/mailbox for note from your local post office. If you receive a note, it should provide you with the instructions you need to receive your package. 
* Contact your local post office and your local customs office. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day’s delivery. Postal services are used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.
* Contact us for additional assistance(Asking local carrier contact info). LIT Activewear cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the post office or stolen from a property. Thank you for understanding!

Discounts & Promotions

How do I add a discount or promotion code?

Have a discount? Awesome! You can add it to your order when moving through checkout. There will be a box on the right side of the screen above your order’s subtotal. Enter the code and your total will reflect the new amount.

Our website allows one discount code per order. If you have multiple discounts, save one for your next order or send it to a friend. Being LIT is better together.

Discount codes are only applicable to “discountable” items. Exclusions may include gift cards, special merchandise, and other items.

Why isn’t my discount code working?

Trouble with discount codes is commonly caused by expiration dates or what’s in your shopping cart. Double check if the code you received has any restrictions, like a price hurdle or expiration date. Discount codes are also only applicable to “discountable” items. Exclusions apply, including but not limited to: Gift Cards, special merchandise and charitable merchandise. Other exclusions may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Due to current public health concerns, orders may be returned up to 7 days after purchase. Returns must be unworn and undamaged — a quick try-on is cool; spin class and a long run is less cool. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

We are committed to technical apparel that lasts. If your product is damaged due to a material or manufacturing error, we’ll replace it or work with you on another solution. All replacements are at the discretion of our team. For any questions, please reach out to [email protected]!

What is your exchange policy?

We are committed to exchange the product for you if the size is not appropriate. But you can only exchange it for the same product with same color, and there is only one chance to do the exchanging. Customers will be responsible for exchange shipments & cost. All replacements are at the discretion of our team. For any questions, please reach out to [email protected]litactivewear.com!

How much do returns cost?

We offer free returns on all purchases damaged due to a material or manufacturing error. For any other conditions, please email our team at [email protected]litactivewear.com and we’d love to deal with the problem for you.

How do I start a return or exchange?

To start a Return or Exchange, please email us at [email protected]litactivewear.com. We’ll send you an email the address you can send any returns back to. If you email our team with an image of your shipping receipt, we will happily help you finish the return and exchange process.

For exchanges, you can try a new color / size for any style when selecting which items you‘re sending back. This is based on available inventory. We’ll ship the new color / size right away!

Where can I find my shipping label?

Unfortunately we don’t have shipping lables right now due to the global health concern. If you’re having trouble tracking down details from the original order, please contact us at [email protected]litactivewear.com, our team is happy to help.

How do I return / exchange a gift?

Just send us a note at [email protected] with info about the friendly person who gifted you LIT and what you’d like to send back.

How long does a refund or exchange take to process?

From start to finish-line, please give your refund/exchange 15-30 days to get back to you. Once we have your items checked in, we’ll send the refund your way. Exchange items will be sent out as soon as you request them.

What is your price adjustment policy?

If within 3 days of your purchase the price of a LIT item in your order is reduced, we’ll shoot you a refund for the difference. Just send our team a quick note!

Where do you make your gear?

Currently, we manufacture in the US and China. To select our stateside and overseas partners, we prioritize quality, compliance to worker’s safety, fair wages and benefits, and dedication to minimizing environmental impacts (things like water waste and air emissions).

How do you ensure LIT products are ethically produced?

Before we craft a single pair of leggings, our partners agree to abide by our vendor code of conduct. On par with industry leaders in sustainability and social compliance, we support places where employees are safe, paid fairly, given benefits, and work regulated hours. Our team visits each factory and mill in person a few times a year. Start to finish, we aim for LIT to have a positive impact on the people and resources that bring our gear to life.

What is LIT doing to help the planet?

We offer reusable bag for free for every customer, incentivize employees to use public transit and bike shares, and avidly recycle. Plus, our gear is designed to last—a longer lifespan keeps LIT in your bag.
